The process of cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, and hydrating can be done with some basic steps and ingredients. Exfoliate : Exfoliate your face with a gentle face scrub. You can use a grain-based scrub like oatmeal and apricot Concentrate on the areas around your nose and forehead. For a combination skin, work harder on the areas that are more oily. Make sure to use scrubs that don’t dry your face. Rinse it with lukewarm water.

Mask :Your next step for an at-home facial is to apply a mask. If you have oily skin, look for a mask that is clay-based. For dry skin, look for a mask that contains moisturizing ingredients. Apply the mask, being careful to avoid the areas around the eyes. Allow the mask to set for 15 minutes or the time specified on the product’s directions. If you’d like, you can indulge in some relaxing music or a good book, while you’re waiting. You can also light a scented candle if you’d like. After your time is up, rinse the mask thoroughly with warm water and pat the face dry with a towel.

Moisturize your skin using Aromatic Facial Oil, which contains a host of soothing ingredients to add moisture and nutrients to your skin. For dry skin: apply olive oil or sweet almond oil. To seal in the moisture, be sure to apply the oil while skin remains damp from applying the toner. Gently apply the oil to your face and neck using patting motions. For oily areas of skin, one application of oil should suffice. Apply twice to dry areas of skin, waiting about 2-3 minutes between applications, and being sure to moisten the skin slightly with water or toner before the second.
